Jonathan Railton added to his winning tally as he took his third win of the season in the Ducati TriOptions 848 Challenge after he made a move on the returning Dennis Hobbs to take the lead and edge out an advantage.

Hobbs had taken the initial lead but he was soon closed down by Railton, who made a move and was able to take the chequered flag by four seconds. Hobbs and Marty Nutt continued to battle for second with the Hobbs Racing rider scoring a second place on his return to the Challenge ahead of Nutt who now holds second in the standings after Mike 'Spike' Edwards was unable to make the start following his crash in qualifying this morning.

Dean Brown scored fourth place with Byron Beckett and Daniel Fowler in close contention for fifth and sixth places respectively.

The second Ducati TriOptions 848 Challenge race was won in commanding style by Jonathan Railton as he extended his lead in the overall standings, however again there was a fierce battle for second position between Marty Nutt and Dennis Hobbs.

Nutt and Hobbs changed positions several times and the fight for second went down to the final lap, but Hobbs who had the advantage initially ran wide and Nutt dived down the inside. Ducati Coventry's Nutt held the position to the line to move into a solid second place in the overall standings with Mike Edwards sidelined from the races.

Daniel Fowler scored his best finish of the season so far with a fourth place ahead of Dean Brown and Leon Morris. Darren Fry, Byron Beckett, Jack Keen and Ed Smith completed the top ten.
