Series lead the target for Nutt at Donington Park

Ducati Coventry's Marty Nutt is hoping that this weekend will be one to remember as he aims to build on his current second place in the Ducati TriOptions 848 Challenge standings and prepares for the birth of his second child.

Nutt lies joint second in the standings with Mike 'Spike' Edwards after the pair took a second and third place apiece at the season opener at Brands Hatch and now he is determined to close in on title leader Jonathan Railton at the Leicestershire circuit this weekend.

Nutt said: "I was happy with the Brands Hatch round, especially after my crash there last season. I am massively looking forward to this weekend now as any more than three weeks without racing I start to struggle! It will be great to see Eugene, Tom, Reags and the boys all pushing for the win during the weekend in WSB whilst we are there too. I am hoping we can get a couple of podiums this weekend as that would be mega followed by a quick getaway so I can get home before my wife Sue gives birth to our second wee one due very soon!"
