Morris targets Ducati TriOptions Cup victories at Assen

Leon Morris heads the Ducati TriOptions Cup contenders ahead of the penultimate round of the season at Assen this weekend. The Carl Cox Motorsport/P&H Motorcycles rider holds a 22-point advantage ahead of the two races at the legendary Dutch circuit.

Morris shared the victories last time out at Cadwell Park with Marty Nutt, who is equally determined to continue his momentum after celebrating his first win of the season at the Lincolnshire circuit. Dennis Hobbs splits the pair after securing a pair of season places at the previous round and will be pushing to close the gap to his team-mate Morris.

Rob Guiver missed out on a podium last time out with a fourth place and he holds a narrow two point margin over Sean Neary, whilst Darren Fry's consistent Cadwell Park weekend puts him within striking distance now, just a further five points adrift.
